Your IP address

API

Simply use https://ip.ayra.ch/ip in your projects. The shown IP is whatever the users system prefers to use, and may be either IPv4 or IPv6.

The server sends the correct HTTP headers so you can use it from JavaScript running inside of the users browser.

You can force IPv4 or IPv6 with the appropriate subdomain:
IPv4: https://ip4.ayra.ch/ip IPv6: https://ip6.ayra.ch/ip

Note

You don't need /ip if your tool does not send a browser imitating user agent string.

Ping & Traceroute

You can now ping and trace your IP address by accessing /ping. The IP address library has been updated to contain the new AyrA.ping() function.
